Thank you for choosing Eden Candles! We want your order to arrive safely and on time, so we’ve outlined our shipping process below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume seasons or launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are located near Las Vegas, Nevada, you may be eligible for FREE local pickup.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to arrange a pickup time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at:

5. Shipping Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Holidays or custom inspections (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Eden Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care to package all candles securely.
However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

📧 Email us within 48 hours at Jenna@edencandles.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will help replace or refund the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
